1. Select a product from our catalogue based on your needs or from our battery finder.
2. Select if you want to exchange old battery (only for same AH), verify your pincode's availability, then add to cart.
3. Add your details, address at the same pincode, and make payment online. Select cash on delivery and contact us for a cash or cheque payment.
4. Wait for us to contact you on your registered number within an hour of placing order.
5. Await delivery and installation once we confirm and schedule it.

Please note that we will contact you to confirm your order on the same day if placed before 8 PM IST, otherwise we would contact you on the next day after 9 AM IST. Incase we do not contact, call us at our numbers.

We only ship in and around Mumbai region, check our shipping policy for locations and approved pincodes.

Any orders placed outside the pincode range will be cancelled and refunded but you can contact us to check for any arrangements.

Same-day or next-day delivery requires contacting us before hand, we charge an INR 150 fees. Please note that same-day delivery is only offered on orders placed before 1 PM IST and for next-day delivery orders only if placed before 6 PM IST.

Yes installation is included and is free. We will send our agent to install your product with the delivery.

Incase we use a third party carrier, our agent will come to your location for installation within 7 business days of delivery.

We ship and install the orders ourselves or through an authorized dealer, you can contact us to get tracking updates.

Incase we use a third-party carrier for a delivery we will share you their tracking updates on your number.

You can pay online through our payment provider. You can also opt for cash payment or cheque payment upon installation, contact us to avail that.

If there is any failure in payments contact us immediately.

You can return your order by contacting us though our listed modes with your receipt or payment proof.

We have a 30 day window for returns and we charge an INR 250 servicing fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount and would not be charged in case of a manufacturer defect or damage.

We will process your refund withing 15 business days of receiving back the product and inspecting it.

We do not accept returns if the product has been installed unless any defects. Check our returns and refunds policy for more details.

Yes the product page and the packaging lists the warranty of the product.

The packaging also includes instructions on how to register for the warranty, you can contact us for help.

If a product does not have any warranty, the product page would specify that.
